THE FLAVOURS OF GARDA

saporigardesani1Now, more than ever, the alimentation has a fundamental role in the quality of life and with this in mind we have started this didactic project.
L.A.C.U.S. in 2004 has made a unique research into the wine and food culture of Garda together with all the rural producers of the Garda area.

After EXPO, this patrimony is a historical memory and local culture, that permits to educate future generations and develop styles of healthier alimentation that are at the same time connected to the territory and its local history.
3 lessons of one and a half hours with successive guided visits (wine cellars, olive oil mills and lemon groves). This project is suitable for students of primary schools and of the secondary schools.
